At PrimeWear by Bodylon, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products through our print-on-demand (POD) service. Due to the nature of our business, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our brand.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, size, or design due to our error, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time due to shipping carrier issues, we will investigate and may issue a refund or replacement.

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our size chart carefully before placing an order.


2. Requesting a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at primewear@bodylonprime.store with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or customized items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Worn, washed, or altered products
  • Gift cards and promotional items

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within **2 hours** of purchase. After this time, production begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
  • If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges since all products are made to order. If an item qualifies for a return (as per our policy), we will issue a replacement instead.
